1 Frozen banana

3 large soft dates (if your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for 15 minutes)

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or other yogurt of your choice)

1 large tablespoon of @go.rooted Beet Root Powder

1 cup of water

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Note: This smoothie is more on the tart side. For a sweeter option, add more banana or simply use a strawberry or raspberry yogurt instead of Greek.
