Black Goji Berry Oats


1 cup of quick oats

2 cups of milk of your choice

1 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 tsp of honey

1 tbsp of @go.rooted Black Goji Berry Powder

Nuts, seeds and berries of your choice to top

Add your oats and milk to a pot and bring to a boil. You may need more liquid, depending on the type of milk you decide to use. Watch your oats so they are just simmering gently. Simmer until your oats are nice and soft. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

Once done, stir oats well. You may want to add some more milk at this time depending on how thick you like your oats to be. Add the hemp seeds, honey and @go.rooted Black Goji Berry Powder. Stir until well combined. Top with nuts, seeds and berries of your choice. Enjoy!
