1 Cup all purpose flour

1 Cup blanched almond flour

1 tbsp @go.rooted Premium Organic Matcha Powder (you can use more if you like the taste of matcha and to add a darker color)

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp of salt

1 1/2 cups of coconut sugar (plain granulated sugar will work as well)

3/4 cups of unsalted butter of your choice

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg

1 egg yolk

1 cup of white chocolate chips of your choice

Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sift flours, matcha, baking soda and salt into a bowl and set aside.

Beat the sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, egg and egg yolk and continue on high until well combined.

Add the flour mixture and gently mix together using a wooden spoon. Once the dough has been well combined, fold in the chocolate chips.

Form the dough into balls, about one tablespoon at a time.

Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on rack.
