½ cup all purpose flour
 ½ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon @go.rooted Matcha Powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup cashew mylk
1 egg

2 tablespoons butter of your choice - melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Honey to drizzle or maple syrup

Whisk flour, matcha baking powder and salt together. Add cashew milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter. Using a whisk, gently combine all ingredients. Set aside.
Grease your pan lightly over medium heat. Add batter ½ cup at a time. Cook until brown edges appear. Flip your pancake and cook for about another minute.
Serve with honey. Enjoy!
