1. What type of quality control do your products have?

All of our products follow very strict regulations and quality control. Our facility is SGS certified which provides inspection, verification and testing of products and insures they comply with all standards. Our products are also FDA and ISO9001 certified. They are third party tested and analyzed for toxins and heavy metals before packaging to ensure the highest quality standards.

2. When will my product be shipped?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been fulfilled and is on its way.

Orders placed on a Holiday or on Fridays after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note, in some cases, orders may take longer than 48 hours to fulfill due to high volume. Please check updates posted on the top banner of our website should this occur.

3. What if I need my order quicker?

We have various shipping methods to choose from. If you need your order right away, please select the proper shipping method during check-out. All "Free Shipping" items are shipped as outlined above and the exact date of delivery is not guaranteed.

4. I accidentally entered the wring shipping address, what should I do?

If you have entered the wrong information, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail: info@gorooted.ca with your full name, address and order number. If your package has not been fulfilled yet, we will be able to change the address for you. If your package has been fulfilled and sent out, we are not able to alter the details. Once the package is returned to us, we will arrange for the package to be sent out to the correct address with additional shipping cost.

5. How are your products stored and how long are they good for?

All products are good for two years from production date.  Once a product is opened however, it must be properly sealed to prevent moisture from entering the package. It is recommended that once a product is opened that it be used within a year since it is a natural product that does not contain any additives. Some items must be stored in the fridge. Please check the label on each product for storage.

6. Are your products gluten and dairy free? Are there any additives?

Our products do not contain gluten or dairy. They are processed in a facility that does not process dairy, gluten, nuts or seafood. There are no additives in our products, no preservatives or added sugar.

7. What is your refund policy?

We stand by our products and client satisfaction is very important to us. We know that you will love our products because they are high quality and we do everything we can to provide a great customer experience. If you have any problems with your order, send us an e-mail and a photo and we will work with you to make sure the problem is resolved.
